听到很多电信用户反映访问速度慢，请执行以下操作：

点击 "开始" －> "运行"，在出现的输入框中打入 "cmd" 然后点确定
    然后在弹出的字符终端窗口中执行如下两个命令
         c:> ping www.51credit.com
         c:> tracert -d www.51credit.com
   
最后请将执行的结果截屏用图片传上来
