工行信用卡卡损换卡，卡号一定不变的。有效期和验证码可能变，也可能不变，取决于工行内部换卡操作的处理方式。

好象是挂失和卡损坏

一般卡号是不变的。。。。。。。。。。

我今天也打95588登记换卡了,说是卡号不变,10个工作日内会寄到.
忘记问收不收费了? 换卡收费吗?
